PURPOSE: A piston valve structure of a shock absorber is provided to obtain soft damping power property at the area where a piston rod contracts at low speed and to make easy assembling process and component keeping even if a disc having a slit is not used. CONSTITUTION: A piston valve structure is formed by: many fan typed protruded parts(11) formed on the upper part of a piston body(1) at a certain angular degrees; a grooved part(12) formed inside of the protruded part for having an orifice(13) in the middle of the grooved part; another orifice(14) formed between the protruded parts; a rod insertion hole(17) formed in the middle of the piston body; and discs(2) deposited onto the piston body for having a rod insertion hole(21) in the middle of the disc. Herein, on the upper faces of the upper and lower protruded parts of the piston body contacting with the discs, slits(16) are formed to bypass oil, and the slits are connected with the orifice formed inside of the protruded part.
