PURPOSE: An auto mounting/removing and load testing device is provided to prevent safety accident caused by assembly of a rim and work to mount the rim upon a testing device, and achieve automation of a series of works. CONSTITUTION: An auto mounting/removing and load testing device comprises a guide axis moving forward and backward by an air pressure cylinder(7) coupled to a locking arm biter(4) through a cylinder axis, a locking and unlocking air pressure cylinder(10) for revolving a female biter, a solenoid valve(14) opened to blow air into an air injection pipe(7), and a loading cylinder(17) operated by a gear motor(15) to moving a loading table(16) coupled thereto up and down.
