FEEDBACK CIRCUIT STRONG FOR AN ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE PHENOMENON AND A DUTY CALIBRATION CIRCUIT HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A feedback circuit is provided to reduce the possibility of an electrostatic discharge phenomenon occurrence by preventing a direct connection of NMOS transistors to an external voltage and of PMOS transistors to the ground voltage. CONSTITUTION: A feedback circuit comprises: a bias part for providing a bias voltage in response to an activation of a feedback start signal(FBKON); a preliminary response part(27) for generating a preliminary signal; a compensation preliminary response part(23) for generating a compensation preliminary signal; a feedback signal output part(25) for generating a feedback signal; and a compensation feedback signal output part(21) for generation a compensation feedback signal, to thereby lessen the possibility of a damage to an entire chip dure to an electrostatic discharge phenomenon.
