PURPOSE: A method of the note recognizing device is provided to enhance the sensing of false note by using the optical sensor of the complex ray in order to control the sensing of the note recognizing and to use the device safely by controlling the sensing. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of operating the note sensing device(S60), a step of measuring the sensing degree of the optical sensor by receiving the ray(S62), a step of comparing the sensing degree of the measured sensing degree with the pre-set sensing degree of the optical sensor(S63), a step of controlling the sensing degree of the optical sensor by changing the bias reference of the optical sensor when the compared sensing degree is different(S64), and a step of repeating the comparing until the compared sensing degree is identical to one another and the compares reference of the sensing degree is stored and the system is ended when the result of comparison is identical to the reference sensing degree(S61, S62, S63).
