PURPOSE: A steal prevent system of an outdoor device for an air conditioner is provided to alarm a steal of an outdoor device by sensing it when a person steals the device. CONSTITUTION: An operation control device of an air conditioner including a steal prevent system of an outdoor device installs: a power piece(100) outputting the fed common alternating voltage from an alternating power terminal by converting it into a specific direct voltage needed to act an air conditioner; an operation control piece(102) inputting the operation mode, the start/stop of an air conditioner, the set temperature, the set wind and the set wind direction of vent air to a microcomputer(110) as a user desires; an indoor temperature sensing piece(104); an indoor heat exchanger temperature sensing piece(106); an outdoor temperature sensing piece(108); and an alarm sound generating piece(108).
