APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING AND SPRAYING LARGE QUANTITY OF ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a large quantity of sour water and alkaline water by electrolyzing seawater or an electrolyte-containing water and diffusing a mixture of sour water, alkaline water and loess is provided which can be used for exterminating a red tide without destroying ecological system and neutralizing and sterilizing acidified soil. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing a large quantity of sour water and alkaline water from seawater or an electrolyte-containing water which comprises: (a)a first stage for producing sour water and alkaline water by electrolyzing seawater in a seawater pipe with a diaphragm, b)a second stage for diluting sour water with seawater to adjust to an adequate pH value, c)a third stage for adding 2-100 wt.% of loess to sour water and alkaline water. Also described is an apparatus for diffusing a mixture of sour water, alkaline water and loess. About 100-96% of red tide organism is exterminated by using exterminating liquid diluted 2 wt.% of diluted sour water at pH 2.23-7.4 with 98 wt.% of seawater.
