PRODUCTION METHOD OF JADE COTTON AND JADE COTTON THEREBY

PURPOSE: A production method of jade cotton combined with jade powder over 1000 meshes inside of jade to use jade as a common article. CONSTITUTION: A production method of jade cotton has the steps of: raw material supplying process by a conveyor feeder for transferring polyester class fiber containing 10¯40 wt% of low melting fiber to a beak opener; refining fiber process by the beak opener as separating each fiber by a fan ventilator, for making the absorption to each fiber by spraying of jade powder easier; mixing the polyester class fiber each separated and shattering and spraying the solution mixed with jade powder(50) in water; stacking by making the fiber mixed with jade powder as a web layer; compressing the web stacked and evaporating the moisture in the jade powder solution and taking out the jade cotton chip with high temperature from an extruder to attach the jade powder sprayed.
