PURPOSE: A seat cover is provided to quickly discharge the sweat of a driver or a passenger and to supply a fresh environment inside the vehicle by decreasing a temperature. CONSTITUTION: A seat cover(20) is consisted of a head rest unit(21), a back rest unit(22), and a seating unit(23) combined with a cushion layer(25) made up with a cellulose of the compressed scrubber made from a sponge guard. Herein, the cushion layer is formed by a coating-process by foaming after spraying a urethane resin solution. In addition, the seat cover is manufactured by selecting one among linen, ramie cloth, and net-fabrics having excellent ventilation.
