PURPOSE: A method enables the conversion from a character to a number and from a number to a character and the spacing words function and the insertion of hyphen(-), dot(.) and bracket(£|). CONSTITUTION: A Hangul inputting method uses a number keyboard of all kinds of electronic telephone. The method is related to a using apparatus of the electronic telephone number keyboard making Hangul perfectly by using the sound of different tones and the length of the sound at each number heard when pushing the electronic number keyboard by pushing a consonant long and pushing a vowel short, by expressing the number keyboard of the telephone as a consonant and a vowel.
