PURPOSE: Provided is a webfoot having an anchor plate and a prop thereof, which offsets water resistance. So, the fin improves propelling power and makes kicking easier in the water. CONSTITUTION: A webfoot consists of a body(1) and a piece of boots(2). In detail, the fin comprises the following items; a boots pin(3) fitted in front part of the boot(2) to design stabilization thereof, a rotating pin-fixture(4) fitted in lower part of the boot(2), an anchor plate(5) having a strong elasticity, which is higher than a heel fitted on the bottom of the boot, an anchor plate(6) fitted on the rear side of the boot and a prop having a strong elasticity fitted between the anchor plate (5) and (6).
