PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the corrosion of an underground construction by using solar energy is provided, which can be applied to a water pipe, an oil pipe and a concrete building. CONSTITUTION: A current generated in a solar cell is charged in a condenser, and the direct current of the condenser is used to prevent the corrosion of an underground iron construction by a control. The power is supplied to the underground iron construction in the form of a direct current for all the 24 hours, to remove the (-) direct electricity which is generated during corrosion, and thereby the corrosion of an underground iron construction is prevented.
