PURPOSE: A noodle making machine is provided which could produce a clean strip of noodle having regular amount immediately. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises (i) at least one hopper(3) which receives and discharge powered raw materials; (ii) a constant feeding means(4) which feeds measured powdered raw material on the hopper (iii) a first kneading means(6) which mixes the powdered raw material with water and then discharges the mixture in the form of granule; (iv) a second kneading means(7) which strengthens the first kneading and then discharges the mixture into roller; (v) a molding roller(8) which molds the kneading materials from the second kneading means into multiple strips of noodle; and (vi) a damper(9) which leads the kneading materials from the second kneading means to the destined molding roller(8).
