<p>A gas detector for vehicle capable of securely removing water and dust invaded into a case and supplying stable air into a gas sensor, wherein a flow resistance of air passing through each air inlet side end surface (41) becomes unbalanced when water and dust invade through air inlets (10) and one of the air inlet side end surfaces (41) of a filter (40) which is divided into two parts is immersed into water or clogged, and air flows from an air inlet path (31) side higher in flow resistance through a communicating path (36) formed of partitions (32 to 34) to the air inlet path (31) side lower in flow resistance, whereby air led from two air inlet paths (31) higher in flow resistance flows from the air inlet side end surface (41) lower in flow resistance into a filter (40) and passes through the filter (40) so as to remove dust, air is discharged from an air discharge port (20) after being accumulated in a space (S) where a gas sensor (50) is arranged, and the gas sensor (50) detects the concentration of the gas in the air accumulated in the space (S).</p> |
