<p>A method for transphosphatidylation which comprises reacting a phosphatidylcholine donor with a nucleophile in a nonaqueous solvent in the presence of a cation exchange resin, wherein the resin binds choline formed as a byproduct of the transphosphatidylation reaction and thereby prevents the byproduct from inhibiting the reaction.</p> |
