<p>PURPOSE: A preparation method for raw material of light ceramic containing an inorganic mineral is provided which reduces the cost of production because of low calcining temperature, and recycles the material and prevents environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A process for making raw material of light ceramic comprises: (a)an introducing process of 60-70 wt.% of abrasive sludge or dust, 0.2-25 wt.% of grind stone sludge or dust and 29.9-38 wt.% of waste glass fiber into a storage hopper with a 30 mesh-screen and an electronic scale, b)a wet process(A) for mixing relatively uniform raw material in size in a precis ion mixer to give a mixture having a moisture content of 25-30 wt.%, which is sent to a vacuum pug mill, c)a wet process(B) for crushing relatively irregular raw material in size in a ball mill to give a mixture having a moisture content of 40-55 wt.%, which is sent to a filter press where raw material is pressed to make a cake in shape having a moisture content of 25-30%, d)a dry process for crushing dried raw material in the ball mill to give a mixture having a moisture content of 40-55 wt.%, which is dried at 150-300°C with a spray dryer to make a granule having a particle size of below 1mm.</p> |
