摘要

PURPOSE: A solid color image device is provided to obtain uniform output with each color of a color filter array by forming a uniform micro-lens pattern irrespective of the color filter array. CONSTITUTION: A solid color image device comprises a semiconductor substrate where a plurality of photo diodes, a gate electrode layer, and a channel region are formed; a color filter array corresponding to the photo diode; and a mask pattern. The color filter array is smaller than the mask pattern to unuse reflectivity of the color filter array and includes a red(R) color layer, a green(G) color layer, and a blue(B) color layer.
