PURPOSE: A control method of an unmanned airplane is provided to extend the usage of an unmanned airplane by controlling it with the generated signal from a computer and a satellite measure system as well as a general radio manipulator. CONSTITUTION: An unmanned airplane is controlled by the steps of: making a flight of at least one unmanned airplane(200) on an automatic mode by a particular program; transferring a command data packet which is generated from a ground control system to the unmanned airplane with an UHF channel and transferring a response data packet corresponding to the command data packet to the ground control system with the UHF channel by processing the command data packet with a FIFO method; and controlling a driving motor(260) according to a flight control signal if the signal outputted from a radio manipulator is transferred.
