PURPOSE: A device for injecting and defoaming of epoxy is provided to discharge epoxy without covering epoxy to an injection nozzle when injecting epoxy, to make sure the injection of the epoxy between coils in hardening stage and to remove foam completely. CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of: a tube body(9) connecting an agitation box(10) to an injection nozzle(1); a preheating box(7) with a heater(8) passing through the tube body; an injection nozzle having an injection hole(22), a piston(3) for opening and closing, an air inflow pipe(4), and an outlet pipe(5); a standard quantity injection controller(6); and a vacuum chamber(15) having a vibrator(14) and a vacuum pump(16). Herein, the air pressure of the agitation box is kept for 4-5kg/cm¬2. And the temperature of the preheating box is kept for 50 deg.C. Therefore, the waste of epoxy is prevented, and the foam produced in hardening stage is removed promptly and completely.
