MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COLOR RUBBER MAT BY USING WASTE TIRE RUBBER POWDER

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a color rubber matt by using a waste tire rubber powder is provided to reduce a product price and also to permanently keep its color, having a good durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the color rubber matt has the steps of: sorting the diameter of the waste poly urethane particle ground by a crusher or a grinder under 20mm; drying the sorted waste poly urethane power at 150 to 170 deg.C and then injecting the waste poly urethane powder and the selected dyestuffs in an agitator and agitating for 5 to 15 minutes; crushing after molding the dyed waste poly urethane powder in a sheet shape and storing in a corresponding hopper by a particle of 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4mm diameter; injecting a mixture mixed with the waste tire rubber powder and a poly urethane combining agent in a metal mold and injecting the mixture mixed with the dyed waste poly urethane and poly urethane combining agent and molding by a hydraulic block press.
