PURPOSE: A multi-prevention device is provided to control devices and engines equipped at a vehicle as actively coping with sudden oscillation accident. CONSTITUTION: A multi-prevention device is composed of: a control circuit(1) for maintaining an engine with a low speed as an adequate air quantity to a fuel by controlling the fuel in a minimum supply quantity as operating a fuel controller(SB) and an air controller(SA) if the voltage over a specific rpm is detected when starting the engine; a delay circuit for maintaining the engine controlled with a low speed for an established time with a low speed; a control circuit(2) for stopping the starting of the engine by intercepting power supplied to the air controller(SA) and to a fuel supply device(PS) if the voltage over rpm of sudden oscillation restriction is detected; an accelerator sense circuit for not controlling the engine stoppage and maintaining the engine with low speed according to the rpm if the accelerator is being operated.
