PURPOSE: A method reduces the unnecessary data copy, by receiving data by forming a common header offset part in different protocol data which can be used in rate adaptation protocol data and board messenger protocol data in common, in interfacing a rate adaptation processing part(10) and a board messenger processing part(20). CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: inputting rate adaptation data, which is inputted to a receiving part(11) of the rate adaptation processing part from a rate adaptation interface, in interfacing between the rate adaptation processing part and the board messenger processing part, into an offset of the common header; transmitting the inputted rate adaptation data to a transmission part(21) of the board messenger processing part by processing with board messenger protocol; inputting data inputted to a receiving part(22) of the board messenger processor from a board messenger interface into the offset of the common header; transmitting the inputted board messenger data to a transmission part(12) of the rate adaptation processing part after processing with board messenger protocol; and transmitting the data transmitted to the transmission part of the rate adaptation processing part by processing with rate adaptation protocol through adaptation interface.
