PRODUCTION METHOD OF COMPLEX FALSE TWISTING FIBER HAVING UNIFORM DYEING PROPERTY AND WADDING COLOR PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A production method of a complex false twisting yarn is provided to obtain a uniform colored fabric by having no difference of dyeing between an initial wadding thread of the complex false twisting yarn, and to have the uniform dyeing property and the black coloring ability after a decreasing process at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A complex false twisting yarn having the excellent uniform dyeing property and the wadding coloring ability is produced by using the polyester drawn yarn having the excellent migration as a wadding thread, and by using the polyester partly drawn yarn having the excellent wadding coloring ability as an initial thread. The polyester drawn yarn used to the wadding thread is the polyester drawn yarn added 2.0 - 5.5 wt% of the polyethylene glycol having 500 - 10,000 of the molecule amount range per a polymer. The polyester partly drawn yarn used to the initial thread is used the polyester partially drawn yarn added 2.0 - 0.5 wt% of the silica particle having 0.01 - 0.02 micrometer of the particle diameter per a polymer to have the wadding coloring ability by forming a minute recess in the surface of the yarn at a decreasing process during a cross process.
