PURPOSE: An aluminum foil for an aluminum electrolysis capacitor is provided to improve a performance of the capacitor by increasing a conductivity of the aluminum foil. CONSTITUTION: In an aluminum foil for an aluminum electrolysis capacitor, a surface of an aluminum foil(10) is processed by an etching process in order to increase an effective area. An oxide aluminum(Al2O3) film(12) is formed on a surface of the aluminum foil(10) by a chemical conversion process. The aluminum foil(10) is impregnated in a conductive high polymer solution, and a first conductive high polymer layer(14) is formed by drying and rinsing the aluminum foil(10). In the state that the aluminum foil(10) having the first conductive high polymer layer(14) is put in a mixing solution of a conductive monomer, dopant and a solvent agent, a constant voltage of about 3V is forced to the mixing solution so as to form a second conductive high polymer layer(16) on an upper surface of the conductive high polymer layer(14). A carbon layer(18) and a silver layer(20) are sequentially formed on the second conductive high polymer layer(16). |
