BRUSH ASSEMBLY FOR CAR ALTERNATIVE GENERATOR

PURPOSE: A brush assembly for a car alternative generator is provided to simplify a structure by inducing contact by an electromagnetic field and erase an unstable element of an alternative generator caused by defect of contact and lead wire. CONSTITUTION: A brush assembly for a car alternative generator comprises a brushholder(42) of a synthetic resin material which is installed on one side of a slip ring(41) inserted into a sleet of a rotor shaft(40) with pressure and has sections of various shapes; and a brush insertion hole(43) installed on one side of the brush holder(42). A steel tube penetration hole(46) is formed on one side the brush holder(42) to make a brush(44) closely adhered to the slip ring(41).
