PURPOSE: A speaker for attaching a head rest is provided to be able to listen to a sound and to freely regulate the right and left angle of a speaker box by a user. CONSTITUTION: A speaker for attaching a head rest is composed of: a fixing stand(16) horizontally installed so a fixing rod(12) as to penetrate which supports the head rest(14) of a driver seat and a passenger seat of a vehicle; a speaker box(22) embedded with a speaker(40), a power supply unit(80), a power feeding unit(60) and a volume, combined to possibly regulate an angle, installed on both ends of the fixing stand; an amplifier(140) contacted with the car audio set(90) output terminal of the vehicle and the previously installed speaker terminal to filter the transmitted sound signal, amplifying to a certain level and supplying an output signal to the speaker.
