NEW GENE WHICH IS DOWN-REGULATED IN LARGE INTESTINE CANCER

摘要

The present invention discloses a new gene which is down- regulated in large intestine cancer. The chromosome of this gene is located on human chromosome 14q32. This gene is low-expressed or non-expressed in epithelial cells of large intestine cancer. This gene is a new cancer-suppressor gene. The present invention also relates to a vector comprising such gene, a host cell transformed by such vector and a process for culturing the said host cell and recovering the expression product. Mature polypeptides expressed by such way are also disclosed.
