PURPOSE: A machine chamber of a refrigerator is provided to reduce a noise which is generated from the equipment as much as possible while keeping a heat-proof function against all kinds of heat emitting equipment. CONSTITUTION: A machine chamber(1) of the refrigerator is installed with the steps of: installing a noise duct(40, 50, 70) to surround a compressor(10), a condenser(20), a cooling fan(30) and so on; penetration-forming an absorbing exhaust pipe(41, 42, 51, 53, 54, 73) for bending a cable of the outer air which is flowed in the machine chamber on each noise duct wall. Therefore, it can prevent the machine chamber noise from leaking out as much as possible by surrounding the outline of the compressor, condenser, a compressor fan and so on.
