METHOD FOR PRESUME MOTION OF IMAGE SYSTEM AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A method for presume a motion of an image system and apparatus is provided to largely reduce amount of calculation which is required when presume a motion and, simultaneously, minimize that a function is degraded. CONSTITUTION: A method for presume a motion of an image system and apparatus include three steps. A first step is to reduce a resolution power presenting a pixel which composes a standard block and a search area and generate an image having a low resolution power. A second step is to calculate a different degree between the low resolution image of the standard block and the low resolution image of the search area block. A third step is to decide a junction block as the search area block which the different degree is small and find a motion vector.
