<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standalone photovoltaic power generation system which extends the life of a power storage means and secures the discharge capacity of it while effectively using excessive power. SOLUTION: A standalone photovoltaic power generation system constituted of a solar light power generation means 1, a power accumulation means 2 or storing the generated power as accumulated power, a load 3 for consuming the generated power and/or the accumulated power, and a control means 4 for controlling the power distribution. Based on the quantity of the generated power, this standalone photovoltaic power generation system charges the power accumulation means 2 and supplies power to the load or supplies power to the load from the accumulated power. In this case, (a) the standalone photovoltaic power generation system is provided with a temperature controlling means 5 for controlling the temperature of the power accumulation means 2. (b) When the generated power is large than the sum of the consumed power and the charging power for charging the power accumulation means, a difference which is excessive power is used for operating the temperature controlling means 5. When the generated power is large than the power consumped by the load and no charging power is necessary, a difference ammounting to excessive power is used for operating the temperature controlling means 5.</p> |
