PURPOSE: A communication service methode having a dialog function between users is provided to improve a communication service for carrying on dialogs between users by classifying service items according to the same items. CONSTITUTION: The communication service methode having a dialog function between users comprises the steps of: classifying service items according to a defined regulation; and giving and taking messages between users using the service of the same item. The device having a dialog function between users comprises: a user information output unit(510) for displaying users connected to the same item; a message output device(520) for indicating the user's information transmitting the message; and a message input unit(530) for inputting the message to the other user.
