PURPOSE: Provided is underwater fish collecting light having buoyant function which is attracting fishes with the most luminous light. CONSTITUTION: The underwater fish collecting light contains; a buoyant body(110) having a closed upper hole(111) and an opened lower hole(116) with a packing material(117) which is pierced by a fishing line(140); a luminous light(124) such as diode connected to a battery(123) is installed inside housing(121) of buoy. The device is effective to catch more fishes by preventing a fishing line and a hook from being covered with mud because of the buoyancy of a body(110).
