PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transaction system using a compact disk and an amount of money settlement method using the system is provided, which electrically settles accounts using a compact disk having an amount of money information and a certification information. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commercial transaction system comprises: a compact disk(100) including a certification information and an amount of money information; an electronic merchandise coupon DB managing unit (310) for having an amount of money by a certification information which the approval of an electronic commerce transaction is obtained and outputting a transaction approval signal or a transaction disapproval signal; and a shopping mall DB managing unit (320) for providing the certification information and the amount of money information to the electronic merchandise coupon DB managing unit (310) to identify as to whether a corresponding transaction is approved, responding to selling request to provide an amount of request money information to the electronic merchandise coupon DB managing unit (310), and approving a corresponding transaction according to a money amount extracting information. Thereby, it is possible to greatly expand an electronic commerce transaction.
