EXTERNAL NOTIFICATION METHOD IN A PRIVATE EXCHANGER IN WHICH A VOICE MAIN MACHINE IS EMBEDDED

PURPOSE: An external notification method is provided to make a voice mail machine to recognize a tone signal exactly through a message by transferring the tone signal to the voice mail machine by a message format. CONSTITUTION: The external notification method in a private exchanger comprises the steps of: transferring a sending telephone number set by a subscriber to the private exchanger when a voice message is received into a mail box of a voice main machine through the private exchanger; performing a dialing by the sending telephone number to check whether the sending number is an idle state; after sending a ring signal when the sending number is the idle state, waiting a response from the sending telephone; informing a reception of the response from the sending telephone to the voice mail machine by a message format when the response of the message is received; and recognizing the response of the sending telephone when receiving the message and sending by a voice a guidance message informing that the message from the sending telephone is received.
