PURPOSE: A hard metal material molding method and a device are provided to reduce the manufacturing time and to increase productivity by sintering the molding object after molding WC-Co powder. CONSTITUTION: A hard metal material molding device comprises: an outer casing(100) forming a pressure injecting hole(140) that supplies outer pressure to one side and penetrating the upper part and the lower part; a pressure transferring member(200) regularly distributing the pressure that is transferred through the pressure injecting hole, to the inside direction, by being placed inside the outer casing; a molding mold(300) molding a WC-Co powder material powder which is inserted inside after transferring pressure from the pressure transferring member in a regular shape; fixing members(400,400') preventing the outer pressure which is transferred from the pressure injecting hole from leaking up and down; and an upper and a lower fixture(500,500') sealing the upper and the lower mold by inserting into penetrating hole.
