PURPOSE: An automatic sun adjuster with optical film is provided to cut off the sun light by automatically adjusting the sun light, and to automatically cut off the light of cars by detecting the light of the opposite cars at the night driving. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sun adjuster with optical film adjusts the optical film by using an electric motor. The adjuster is automatically operated and detects the lights by using a detector of an intensity of illumination in case the switch is on. At night driving, a glaring is restrainted by the detector automatically detecting the lights of the opposite cars.
