PURPOSE: With the blocking apparatus anyone can block a telephone call in order to create more comfortable and silent living environment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus has the same effect as hang up the telephone or pulling out a plug by a simple button operation in order to make a tired person assure one's own time. The apparatus blocks an alerting signal(80) inputted from a telephone office(10), not transmitting to a general telephone(20). A button of the apparatus is such that everyone can operate it. The apparatus is characterized by that: in case that the one touch alerting signal blocking apparatus button is pushed, the apparatus blocks the inputted alerting signal not to be transmitted to the telephone, and to the contrary in case that the one touch alerting signal blocking apparatus button is not pushed, the apparatus transmits the alerting signal to the telephone connected to a signal output part(70).
