PURPOSE: A stripping strut of a vehicle transmission is provided to improve the efficiency of the repairing work by safely strip the transmissions of various size and forms according to the sort of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A device is formed by: a hole(30) formed diagonally at a certain interval and having each corner of the stripping strut to be upward curved; a perpendicular supporting stand(40) moving along the hole of the diagonal direction and to support the vehicle transmission; and a fixing bolt(50) to fix the transmission by moving the perpendicular supporting stand along each hole to support the transmissions of various size and forms according to the sort of the vehicles.; Herein, when installing a transmission on an engine part of a repaired vehicle, the transmission descended by fixing by the perpendicular supporting stand of the stripping strut is ascended to install the transmission on the repaired vehicle so that the work becomes safe without displacement of the removal and installation device(10) from the stripping strut.
