TOOL FOR REMOVING MISSING BAR-END STOPPER OF A CONTROL ROD IN A LIGHT WATER REACTOR

PURPOSE: A tool is provided to detect and remove a stopper of a control bar rapidly by inserting a plummet in the control bar and measuring a relative depth difference. CONSTITUTION: A tool comprises: a body inserted in a guide thimble tube and contacted with a missing stopper; a plummet screwed to the rear of the body and equipped with a cap having an opening combined with a string; pipes(41, 42) formed to a length to be inserted in the guide thimble tube(10); a lock nut(44) forming a swage lock by being screwed to the pipes(41, 42), a hammer(45) inserted in the upper side of the pipe(41) and moving in a longitudinal direction; a connection ring(46) connected on the upper side of the pipe(41) through a plate(47); a tube(48) connected to the bottom of the pipe(42); and a removing opening(40) disposed with a collect(49) of a cone shape connected on the bottom of the tube(48).
