The building mortar dispensing pistol (1) has a nozzle (2) for dispensing a mortar (4) fed under pressure to an internal passage (7) in the pistol. A control valve (8) for the flow has a section of the duct positioned upstream of the nozzle and formed of an elastically deformable material. The duct can be closed off by deformation of the elastic wall.
