PURPOSE: A device for the improvement of water quality is provided, which is characterized in that an aeration means equipped in ship is operated by sunlight without condenser. CONSTITUTION: The device supplies oxygen in the air into the water, so an aerobic condition is changed to aerobic condition. Then, decomposition and bad smell will be disappeared, and the ecology will be restored. Usual solar battery was necessary to accumulate the electricity, but the device will transmit electricity to aeration device directly. Because the method will transmit electricity to system through controller, battery does not have to be changed every four or five years. Because all the operation can be worked by remote control, water quality can be controlled on the ground.
