PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing inner material of a clothes and a bed clothes for keeping warm is provided to be the cost cheap and have excellent water proof property, damp proof property and ventilating property by properly mixing a duck & goose down and poly fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method has the steps of: inputting the poly fiber and the duck & goose down into a swelling device that installs many air compressors and a radiator(S1); mixing the poly fiber and the duck & goose down by driving the radiator(S2); sprinkling a static electricity preventing agent to the poly fiber and the down inside the swelling device(S3); swelling by inputting outer cool air to the poly fiber and the down, using many air compressors(S4); wrapping the poly fiber and the down that are finished the swelling process(S5); and examining(S6) and forwarding(S7) the product after finishing the wrapping.
