PURPOSE: A cooling structure of a motor for a washing machine is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A cooling structure of the motor for the washing machine comprises: a shaft connecting unit(11) punched a shaft connecting slot(11a) in the middle of a frame(10) penetrated the upper side and the lower side; many cooling blades(12) installed having a regular interval in the inner face of the frame(10) from the shaft connecting unit(11); the curvature radius center located in the upper side of the cooling blade(12) when the side face of the cooling blade(12) is guided the moving direction of air to the upper part; the curvature radius center located in the lower side of the cooling blade(12) when the moving direction of air is guided to the lower part; a deflection angle or a retrospective angle into the cooling blade to reduce the noise by reducing the friction with air at cooling the motor.
