STORING AND SUPPLYING DEVICE OF BEAD AS HALF-FINISHED TIRE

PURPOSE: A device is provided to smoothly supply beads properly stored to a tire mold while being rotated in a tire molding process. CONSTITUTION: A storing and supplying device for a bead is composed of: a hinge shaft(19) combined in the center on the surface of a pole member(5) welded by using a hexagonal bolt(14); a cylindrical bracket(20) supported by ball bearings(6,7) at the exterior of the hinge shaft; two bead support frames(4) supported by the cylindrical bracket inserted to the external circumference of the hinge shaft by being combined using a hexagonal bolt(23); and a loop typed disk plate(22) attached to the vertexes of a cross on each bead support frame by welding. Herein, a supporting plate(25) attached to each triangular point of the loop typed disk plate by using a bolt. Then, the bead is supplied to a tire mold smoothly.
