摘要

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition of S/W(silicone-in-water emulsion) type is provided, which has a function of both basic dressing and make-up by high affinity to skin and moisturizing effect with maintaining light and silky feel on using. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition S/W type is characterized by containing glycerin of 20.0-35.0wt.%, volatile silicone oil and silicone emulsifier of 5.0-20.0wt.% and 3.0-10.0wt.% of vegetable emulsifier originated from vegetable oil.
