PURPOSE: A torch electrode is provided to make the process simple, to reduce the manufacturing cost and to expand the electrode lifespan. CONSTITUTION: A torch electrode which is composed by molding hafnium(3) and silver(2) in copper(1) that is a basic material, is manufactured by molding silver in 0.03-0.1m/m of thickness after thermally bonding the silver that is a sleeve material between the copper and the hafnium that is an insert material, by heating the copper. Therefore, the electrode can make the process simple, to reduce the manufacturing cost, to expand the electrode lifespan and to prevent the sleeve material from wasting unnecessarily.
