PURPOSE: Preparing process of 4-nitrodiphenylamine and 4-nitrosodiphenylamine from carbanilide(1) is provided, which give high selectivity and transformation rate, and have effect of reducing wastes predominantly. CONSTITUTION: Preparing process of 4-nitrodiphenylamine and 4-nitrosodiphenylamine from carbanilide (1) is comprised of following steps: Reacting carbanilide with nitrobenzene in the presence of the basic groups and solution; Adding aniline to the above solution at 0-150°C in the presence of nitrogen, oxygen, or air.
