PURPOSE: A feed composed of minerals is provided which promotes the growth and metabolism of animals and also prevents red tide as well as the bad taste of animals' excretion. CONSTITUTION: The feed is prepared by (i) mixing 15% of pearlite scaly powder, 30% of vermiculite scaly powder, 10% of zeolite scaly powder, 10% of brown seaweed powder, 10% of tangle weed powder, 10% of laver powder, 10% of soybean flour and 5% of blood meal and; (ii) drying the mixture at a temperature of 100°C, wherein each scaly powder of perlite, vermiculite and zeolite is prepared by pulverizing each rough stone by 0.2-0.3m/m, heating up rapidly at the temperature of 800-1,200°C and expanding 10-30 times and each powder of brown seaweed, tangle weed and laver is prepared by drying them at a temperature of 50-120°C gradually and grinding.
