PURPOSE: An UPS/AVR complex power supply is provided to prevent the working data from being lost caused by abrupt interruption of power supply by making the power be supplied to the information processing apparatus such as personal computer by battery and making the operating environment of the information processing apparatus be backed-up when the supply of common alternative power is interrupted, and to extend the backup time. CONSTITUTION: An UPS/AVR complex power supply comprises: a presence of power stoppage detector(200) detecting the presence of power stoppage of the input power and applying to CPU(100); a relay switch(210) consisting of UPS output terminal(21) and AVR output terminal(22) and being on/off controlled by the CPU(100) at the AVR output terminal(22); a power input detector(230) making the automatic starting function possible by detecting the input power and by applying to the CPU(100); and a green mode controller(220) controlling a green mode operating power by the user's operation, applying the state to the CPU(100), and controlling the output voltage of a D/A inverter(270), thereby reducing the energy.
