The collet (16) includes a collet body (24) having a left end (36), a right end (38), an outer surface (26), and an inner surface (28) defining a chamber (32) adapted to receive the tool therein. Collet body (24) includes a C-shaped sleeve (72) and a plurality of teeth (40).
