PRODUCTION METHOD OF SPONTANEOUS HIGH CRIMPED COMPLEX HOLLOWED FIBER BY THERMAL TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A production method of a spontaneous crimp complex hollowed fiber is provided to have the high hollowed rate, the excellent crimping characteristic, and the excellent spinning workability. CONSTITUTION: A spontaneous crimp complex hollowed fiber is produced by: complexly spinning a two kinds of fiber forming polymers having the different shrinkage characteristics each other to a side by side form; using two kinds of fiber forming polymers having the difference of viscosity between the high viscous unit and the low viscous unit of 0.12 ¯ 0.18, and having the difference of dry contracting rate of the high viscous unit and the low viscous unit at 160°C over 15%.
